During Jonathan’s freshman year, he worked as a Commercial Real Estate Intern at Grand Grace Development, specializing in multifamily financing and development. During his sophomore year, Jonathan worked as a Private Equity Investment Analyst at Avalerian Capital, a tech-focused search fund. Last summer, he worked in private banking at China Merchants Bank’s New York City branch and growth strategy at Ohana, a NEO-funded startup. This upcoming summer, Jonathan will be working in real estate private equity at Starwood Capital Group.

Cornell

Outside of AKPsi, Jonathan is a part of Cornell M&A, Cornell Real Estate Club, and GameChangers at Cornell. Jonathan also TAs for HADM 1198 and HADM 2011 and works as a Career Peer Coach at the SC Johnson College of Business.

In his free time, Jonathan enjoys playing basketball, going to the gym, and playing poker with friends.
