Cornell Chapter — Omicron Upsilon
Founded in 1998, Alpha Kappa Psi’s Omicron Upsilon chapter is the oldest business fraternity at Cornell University.
Over the years, our members have distinguished themselves across investment banking, consulting, and buy-side firms, launched successful startups, and pursued advanced degrees at top graduate programs.
We are dedicated to attracting and supporting exceptional students from diverse backgrounds, academic disciplines, and career paths, fostering a close-knit community of ambitious, driven individuals.

Our individualized New Member Education program and Sophomore Series will help underclassmen discover and refine their career goals.

AKPsi National History
Alpha Kappa Psi was founded on October 5, 1904 at New York University. Its founders, Fredrick Leach, Howard Jefferson, Nathan Lane, Jr., and George Bergen set forth a plan to perpetuate the business education and sense of brotherhood.
The nation's first professional business fraternity, AKPsi, developed and expanded rapidly in its early years, becoming an international organization on April 18, 1931.
Over its 100+ years history, AKPsi has grown to be the largest business fraternity in the world, with 263 active chapters and over 264,000 initiated members across three countries. AKPsi alumni include presidents, chief executives, federal judges, and founders and CEOs of Fortune 500 companies.
